Authors are invited to submit full papers of up to 16 pages or short papers of up to 8 pages in electronic form (PDF). About the used style and submission procedure detailed information will be put on the website on due time. The proceedings for full papers is planned to appear in an EPTCS volume, while short papers appear as parts of a technical report. 

Concerning full papers, proofs omitted due to space constraints may be put into an appendix that will be read by the reviewers at their discretion. All full papers will be reviewed by at least three referees, and simultaneous submissions to other conferences or workshops with published proceedings are not allowed. Short papers will be reviewed by at least two PC members, but simultaneous submissions of extended versions to other conferences or workshops with published proceedings are allowed.
