The proceedings for full papers will appear in an EPTCS volume, while short papers appear as parts of a technical report. Contributed papers should be written in EPTCS format and should be submitted through Easychair. Short papers (written in EPTCS format) may be sent to the conference email address.
Concerning full papers, proofs omitted due to space constraints may be put into an appendix that will be read by the reviewers at their discretion. All full papers will be reviewed by at least three referees, and simultaneous submissions to other conferences or workshops with published proceedings are not allowed.
Short papers will be reviewed by at least two PC members, but simultaneous submissions of extended versions to other conferences or workshops with published proceedings are allowed.
The journal Acta Informatica has agreed to publish a special issue with selected and extended accepted full papers of NCMA 2023.
